Black Belt Training

This is an elite level training aimed to offer advanced students the highest level of training. Instruction is focused on refining everyone’s game, although every fundamental position is revisited, creativity, strategy and individuality is encouraged.

Other than achieving the highest technical levels (Black Belt) this class is also where competitive athletes attend to get ready for competitions, 6 weeks training camp is offered prior to the competition.

Advanced training methods are largely used such as specific positional training, tactical and strategy sessions, intense rolling sessions, individualized training etc.

Students aim to attain the highest physical fitness possible through strength and conditioning program offered within our Gym or other fitness facilities of their choice.
